Our Kitchen Remodeling Process

Step 1 — Initial Contact & Showroom Appointment
Our process begins with an email, text message, or phone call. We operate as an appointment-only showroom, allowing us to provide a focused, personalized experience.
The initial appointment is an opportunity to visit our space, review the products and materials we offer, and discuss rough expectations for your kitchen remodel. This meeting helps determine overall fit, scope, and next steps.
The more information you’re able to bring — such as plans, sketches, measurements, ideas, or inspiration photos — the more helpful and productive this appointment can be.
Our showroom visits are by appointment only to allow for personalized, one-on-one consultations
Step 2 — In-Home Consultation & Measurements
Following the initial showroom visit, the next step is typically an in-home consultation. This allows us to see the space firsthand, understand existing conditions, and take accurate measurements.
During this visit, we review layout constraints, discuss functionality and design considerations, and gather the information needed to prepare accurate proposals and realistic project expectations.
Step 3 — Final Selections & Design Confirmation
Once measurements and scope are confirmed, we return to the showroom to finalize selections, and design. This includes cabinet layouts, finishes, hardware, tile, and other design details.
At this stage, we also coordinate a visit to our countertop suppliers so you can view and select your slab in person. With all selections finalized, we’re able to lock in clear, solid pricing and prepare a detailed contract.
Step 4 — Scheduling & Installation
After the contract is approved, your project is scheduled and coordinated. We manage timelines, ordering, and installation to ensure the process moves efficiently and maintains the quality standards we expect on every project.
